Arrangements with the Country Club Plaza Embassy Suites have been made for very favorable rates for the nights of Oct. 17, 18 and 19. A non-smoking suite with two double beds is $97, plus 15.23 percent taxes, and a suite with a king size bed is $106, plus taxes. To receive these rates, you must request the discounted group rate of 60-o (six, zero, letter "O") when you reserve your room.

Registered guests receive a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, plus breakfast buffet, on the morning of Oct. 19. There is a complimentary "Manager’s Reception" (cocktail hour) from 5:30-7:30 pm on Oct. 18.

To reserve your room(s) online at the Embassy Suites:

  1. Once you are on the Web site,you will go to the "check availability" prompt. Enter your check-in date (Oct. 17 or 18, 2007) and your check-out date (Oct. 19 or 20, 2007). Then click go.
  2. On the Dates and Preferences page, you will be asked for your reservation details: room type/preference and special accounts. When you are prompted for a Group Code please enter 60-o. That is the number six, the number zero, and the letter O. This will provide you with the discounted group rate. At the bottom of the page, click "continue".
  3. On the Rooms and Rates page, click on the online group booking rate and then click "continue".
  4. On the Guest Information page, review your pending reservation details. Follow the directions from there entering your guest and contact information. You will be asked to provide credit card information, but the hotel will not charge your card until the day you check-in. When you have completed this page, click "Book Now" which is at the very bottom of the page.
  5. Make sure and keep copies of your reservation information.
